Use a tiara, pick a long hoop style dress and wear a sash with a fleur de lis pin on it. rinestone gawdy or CZ gawdy jewelery, apply white face paint to establish a white pancake face and apply a black mole and some red to the cheeks, maybe blue eye shadow. Or wear a dress a few sizes too tall and too big, stuff arms and torso, and hide your head in the chest area, get a plastic head adorn with makeup and wig as above, attach it to your stuffed arms. hide your arms in the body of the oversized dress. Born constume with pin and sash as above. Bon chance!
