I know, I know, its one day till Halloween, but its too late to buy a wig, so how can I make my friend's hair look like Marie's??
Her hair is one inch past shoulder length, black, and she says "frizzy."

Put it up as high as you can on her head. Add sparkles, pearls feathers etc.
Try using a piece of styrofoam on her head and put her hair over it, to add height and volume
